This ISCA show winner is one of 457 Big Block Corvettes built in 1970 equipped as it is. Its Numbers matching 454 CID engine was completely rebuilt in 2005 and Bored .030 over and turned 10-10 to produce 468 Cu inches of power. The massive Engine breathes through an Edelbrock 750 Cfm Carb. with K&N Air intake system and stock intake manifold and outward through Flowmaster 44 mufflers.
Engine upgrades include Chrome Valve covers, alternator and water pump and MSD 6 ignition. As of 2018, there is less than 5000 miles on the new motor which is mated to a Turbo 400 transmission with external cooler / electric fan, and B&M
street/strip shift kit. Rear differential is 336-1 Posi rebuilt in 2005.
All suspension has been redone, all new brakes with stainless steel dual piston calipers.
The car was custom painted with two-stage Donnybrook Green, and looks great with its rally wheels and The car just received Four new radial TAs in 2018.
This Big Block Corvette was Originally purchased from EZ DAvis Chevrolet in Redwood City, Ca. April 20 1970. Has the optional chrome luggage rack, Glass T-top, locking gas cap, Stingray seat covers, stingray floormats, rear privacy removable window and comes with a car cover.
