Features... AM/FM Stereo, Single CD Player, Air Conditioning, Cruise Control, Power Steering, Power Windows, Power Door Locks, Power Mirrors, Power Drivers Seat, Interval Wipers, Fuel Injected, Rear Spoiler, Tachometer, Tilt Steering Wheel, Keyless Entry, Remote Trunk Release, Security System, Have Service Records, Have Original Manuals, Removable Hard Top, Seat Belts
Restoration... The car is a 98 Firebird Trans Am, LS1 V8, 6-speed, t-tops, loaded interior, and a rare "Mystic Teal Metallic" color. Very few MTM Trans Ams were made. Odometer is at 123,xxx miles. I had a rebuilt Transmission and rebuilt rear-end installed, both now have about 15,000 miles on them. The car is modified from stock, but I made sure it was Drivable, since it is currently my Daily Driver. The car dynoed 340rwhp, about 40 more hp than in stock trim. After that dyno, i installed the LS6 manifold and the ported/polished throttle body, and 3.73 gears. Im guessing it makes about 350rwhp now. The mods are listed below.
>Engine:
-Full intake (Fast Toys Ram Air, ported/polished throttle body, GMS air lid, LS6 MAF, LS6 intake manifold w/EGR equipment intact so it still passes SMOG visual)
-ASP underdrive pulley
-Thunder Racing CheaTR cam (mild, but good power band), with supporting Comp 918 springs and longer pushrods.
>Exhaust:
-Stock manifolds/y-pipe, with a Borla non-adjustable cat-back. The car sounds very good.
>Drivetrain:
-rebuilt T-56 (15,00 miles now on it)
-rebuilt rear-end with OEM 3.73 gear ratio.
>Other
-17' wheels from an 02 WS6 (ram air) Trans Am
- Ken Brown Double-diamond sub-frame connectors (no longer being made, still the best out there!)
-BMR lowering springs
-BMR shock-tower brace
Exterior... Original factory paint, repainted bumper, hood and passenger side rear quarter panel. Car has a few small scratches from daily driver use.
Interior... Small rip in driver's seat on a seam. Very common in F-bodys.
